Advertising, Custom Puzzles and Reprint Terms • Once we've determined the type of advertising and licensing quantity you need, we will create an invoice that may be paid by credit card or company check. Payment in full must be received before we deliver the product or service requested, unless otherwise agreed.• The Advertiser will provide all graphics, text, coupons, logos, or advertisements for inclusion in their Clue Search Puzzle, unless otherwise agreed. Submissions should be sent to admin@cluesearchpuzzles.com. ClueSearchPuzzles.com will work to ensure all representations of the Advertiser's business are current and accurate as directed by the Advertiser. • All created or modified puzzles, posters, and other graphics will be delivered to the Advertiser by email in Adobe PDF or other appropriate format. • The Advertiser will provide for all printing and physical or electronic distribution through their own facilities, contacts, vendors, and infrastructure, with the exception of puzzles or posters distributed through the ClueSearchPuzzles.com website. Puzzles may be distributed by email, handouts, flyers, mailings, newsletters, newspapers, advertising supplements, on the Advertiser's website, or other printed materials. Advertisers must refrain from activities such as spamming (unsolicited commercial email) or posting advertisements in inappropriate public places such as cars, buildings, or public property. All emails must be sent from the advertiser's own account and must comply with CAN-SPAM legal disclosures. • All puzzle sizes and designs will be per Clue Search Puzzles standards unless otherwise agreed, coordinated and funded. Puzzles and posters may not be modified by the Advertiser, except for minor resizing as may be required for printing purposes. If necessary, ClueSearchPuzzles will provide up to two revisions of puzzles and posters upon request at no additional charge. • All puzzles and posters are provided for licensed use only, and a valid license must be purchased for the total of all distributed copies, regardless of method of distribution. All designs, posters, puzzles and copyrights remain the property of ClueSearchPuzzles.com. • All puzzle content is verified and guaranteed to the extent that any errors or omissions will be promptly corrected and resubmitted to the Advertiser. ClueSearchPuzzles.com agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all services and products purchased by the Advertiser. The Advertiser agrees to work with ClueSearchPuzzles.com in good faith to resolve any and all issues that may arise, up to and including arbitration in lieu of legal action.
